Jason Ream the President of OperationPTSD.com is a Veteran of the United States Navy. Served as an Operation Specialist on the USS Niagara Falls (AFS-3) forward deployed from Guam, MI. 1988 to 1990. Served as an Operation Specialist/Air Intercept Controller on the USS Kinkaid (DD-965) stationed at Naval Station San Diego, CA. 1990 to 1992. Served in the reserves as a Quarter Master attached to ComCarGru770 at Naval Air Station Dallas 1993 and 1994. A Veteran of the Cold War, Operation Valiant Blitz, PACEX 89, Operation Colonel Usher, Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm was honorably discharged from active duty May 5th of 1992. After the Navy worked as a Corrections Officer for CCA in Mason, TN., Retail Manager for Western Auto, Firestone and Autozone. Owned Innovative Designs a construction company specializing in stone and tile. Operated a semi for Schneider National Inc. over the road and Airgas Midsouth Inc. local Hazmat delivery. After suffering a severe shoulder injury on the job, decided to confront the PTSD issues in his life and create an organization to benefit all PTSD Veterans.
Trevor Barger is a Veteran of the United States Army. He joined the Army in September 2006. After basic training Trevor was sent to his AIT school in Fort Bliss, Texas for the Patriot Missile System Operator/Maintainer from November 1996 to June 1997. He served as a Patriot Missile Operator/Maintainer in South Korea from July 1997 to July 1998. Then served at Fort Bliss, Texas Biggs Army Airfield as Operations Support and Medical Emergency Dispatch for Medical Evacuation Helicopters from July 1998 to September 1999. Trevor was honorably discharged from active duty on September 25 1999. In 2004 Trevor was called to reserve duty and asked to serve. Trevor was reclassified as a Light Wheel Mechanic and stationed with the 332nd Chemical Company in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma from March 2004 to February 2005. After the Army Trevor worked as an Electronic Technician, Assistant Sales Manager, Retail Store Manager and as an Antenna Technician. In 2006 Trevor joined the Broken Arrow Veterans of Foreign Wars and became an advocate for the proper treatment of veterans. After meeting Jason Ream, President of OperationPTSD.com Trevor joined forces with Jason to help in the fight against Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Trevor will graduate soon with his Bachelor's of Science in Psychology. He is pursuing his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
John Rutledge Jr. is retired from the South Carolina Highway
Patrol. He started his career in Law Enforcement in 1996 working in a local
county jail. In 1998, John was hired on as a local police officer and
eventually moved onto the South Carolina Highway Patrol. Also In 1998 he almost
lost his wife while she was giving birth to his first child due to
complications during delivery. In June 2008, a gang put a hit/initiation on his
family while his wife was pregnant with his second child. Although no was injured
during the event, it sent John into a downward emotional spiral that ended in a
PTSD dungeon. Being it was a traumatic and emotional event it was and is hard
to handle to this day, that he could protect and serve everyone, with the
exception of his family. Even though he has severe PTSD, he does not use it as
a crutch. He considers himself as a PTSD survivor. Since the incident, he has
dedicated his life to awareness and treatment for those with PTSD and other
psychological disorders. He will graduate next year with his Bachelor’s in
Psychology and plans on pursuing his Juris Doctorate of Law.

Donnie Walters is a veteran and was honorably discharged from the United States Navy in 1993. He was stationed aboard the USS Kinkaid and served as an Operation Specialist. During service he operated the Joint Operational Tactical System, Mk 23 Tactical Acquisition System radar and NATO Seasparrow Missile System, as well as many functions of Anti-Submarine Warfare missions. While deployed, he worked as part of a multi-national task force in support of Operation Southern Watch and the U.N. sanctions against Iraq. While serving onboard the USS Kinkaid, he met Jason Ream. ​After the military, Donnie worked for the Whirlpool Corporation for many years. He had the opportunity to lead the Emergency Response Team, worked as the Site Coordinator, Quality Coordinator and Operations Coordinator and was a member of the Innovations Team developing new product lines. He began college and was elevated to Professional Development and Training and later, Materials Manager. He also worked at Schneider National as an associate and Training Engineer. He spent time as a manager of an insurance agency and is currently a department supervisor at Thermal Windows. Donnie has earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.
